Cool wedding toppers, made out of Fimo. ~5" high. Expensive ($500-ish)
Quoted: One of a kind, completely unique cake toppers for your special day.
I make original wedding cake toppers out of polymer clay (primarily “Sculpey” and “Fimo”). I work from photographs to capture the likeness of the couple. Attention is paid to the couple’s attire, flowers, and colors, but the main attraction is the caricature of the couple’s faces. Please view the photos to see past creations and the likeness to the couple.
I began making custom wedding cake toppers in 2000, for my sister’s wedding. Until now, I have worked primarily for family and close friends. I work from photographs and strive to achieve a caricature that captures the couple. As you can see, these are not intended to be exact replicas, but serve as a fun, whimsical, and very unique memento of your special day.

It's a book! No, it's a light!
Quoted: What is this thing we are raving about you ask? It is a light. In a book. A pop-up book. So basically a pop-up light… Presented in such a beautiful way: A big (we are talking something like 16" x 12" / 41 x 30 cm) beautiful linen bound book (either red or grey) and if you open it, a lamp pop's up and starts to light up. Fantastic.

Quoted: Here at ThinkGeek we're constantly amazed at the never-ending evolution of new technology. Hey, it's our job. Take the lowly T-Shirt for example: In caveman times you had animal pelts... the Medieval era saw rise to the stylish burlap sack... next came lovely soft cotton and then synthetic polyester. Finally the modern space age delivers a fully functioning graphic equalizer in a handy t-shirt format. Party like it's 2999 with the glowing display on the T-Qualizer that dynamically changes with any ambient sound or music. This has to be the coolest wearable tech we've seen since the George Foreman backpack grill.

Refaved from Mike
Mike wrote: I used to have a Ceiva when they first came out. The brilliant idea of being able to push pictures to the frame from over the internet was marred by the very high service contract that Ceiva (still) charges. Now Kodak has a beautiful 10" picture frame with WiFi built in so it can update photos from your home network (not sure if this can download automatically from an online gallery - the best option would be to have it collect pics from an RSS feed or other source of pictures that my whole family could contribute to).
