"A group in Germany by the name of Chaos Computer Club has discovered a pretty major vulnerability in the S60 OS that allows an attacker to disable incoming SMS ans MMS on a remote device. The exploit, a DoS attack of sorts, is very simple to take advantage of and for the time being..."

Wow, this is an odd bug, but so easy to exploit! Let me find some friends to try it on... hang on, I own a Nokia! :(

Good move, whatever the reason is. Just hope they don't 'accidentally' lock out innocent parties. And what if someone sells their locked 360 to someone else? Are they left with a dud machine? I love the 'I'll get a PS3' comments - do you really think 'rootkit-loving' Sony won't do something like this?
