"I got this email in my secure email form my bank... it says, “Dear Customer, Please do not reply to this message. It is sent from an unmonitored mailbox and will not be responded to.”... It’s such a waste. Here you are. You’ve said something you hope is relevant to the user and you tell them not to respond."
I've always wondered why companies do this - and it isn't just big companies, but also the small ones, the ones who proclaim to be customer-focused and need us to believe that so desperately.
