Opposition Parties Vow to Proceed With Jan. 8 Election - New York Times

I wish South Asia could break this dynastic habit... I just don't see why Bhutto's 19-year-old son is most qualified to succeed her. Meanwhile, I didn't realize Bhutto had kids - I really hope he isn't assassinated as well...

Quoted: Pakistan’s largest political party picked Benazir Bhutto’s 19-year-old son to succeed her as chairman and vowed to forge ahead with elections next week.

I had seen Benazir Bhutto's interview - in that she had said she had told her children not to go into politics but serve the country in any other way.
