There were 70 arrests in my town & at my high school, mostly graduates (many from my class), regarding drug rings. It's a quiet town and a good school, so this is big news (although not a huge shocker). If the problem is organized drug rings, I'm not sure random testing will be effective or fair. They won't test for steroids because it's so costly. But some students think the testing (as long as it's random) will help.

At Narconon, they will bring the person back to the way they were before when they have not even has anything to do with drugs.
