    Another reason why NY is awesome... I ate at Risotteria and didn't even realize their food was gluten-free!

    Quoted: New bakeries and pizzerias that prepare gluten-free foods have popped up all over New York City, and restaurants that were already celiac-friendly have expanded their menus. Risotteria is a nationally known hub for people with celiac disease.
