Dubbed "A love story in reverse," the show is structured as the main character, Ted, in the year 2030 telling his son and daughter about the events that led to his meeting their mother, which begin in 2005. The show frequently explores the concepts of stories and storytelling usually with multiple flashbacks occurring each episode. Seeing the show in non-chronological order often results in the viewer seeing something happen and then finding out later the events that caused it. This effect has been dubbed "deep frying" the story, a reference to the show's director, Pamela Fryman.

I mostly likes the "deposition" the episode in which Michael finds himself between a rock and a hard place when Jan sues Dunder Mifflin and Michael is deposed as a witness. Meanwhile, Kelly trash-talks Pam after Darryl beats Jim at ping-pong.

"The End's Not Near, It's Here" is my favorite.Six months have passed since the last episode and everything has changed. The Cohens have taken temporary residence at the Coopers', whilst Julie has a wedding. Sandy and Kirsten's daughter Sophie Rose is born and the Cohens move back to Berkeley. Seth and Summer say goodbye, as do Ryan and Taylor. Years later, Julie graduates from college, and Seth and Summer get married, with Ryan standing in as the best man. As the episode closes, Ryan, an architect, reaches out to a young boy, much in the same way Sandy reached out to him years ago.

Fresh Blood is the one I am greatly adore.Gordon is taken captive by a vengeful vampire who plans, at first, to feed the famed vampire hunter to his new female companions. When Dean tries to gently break the news that they'll have to kill him when they find him, Sam surprises him by agreeing without protest. Later, the boys realize just how badly the vampire's plans backfired on it when Gordon was turned into what he loathed most.
