Shamo Manga - Read Shamo manga scans online | One Manga

current manga i'm reading. not for the faint of heart - it's very graphic. why am i reading it / enjoying it? unlike most manga / comics where the hero is a good guy. the main character is the anti-hero. his a bastard actually and his opponents are good guys / gals. his an anti-hero who does pretty much anything to win. read the summary below to get a better idea of what i mean by his a bastard anti-hero.

Quoted: Summary : At the age of sixteen Ryo Narushima was a genius and looked to have no trouble of getting into Tokyo University and joining the elite of society. However, that summer something cracked inside Ryo's head. With a small knife he brutally murdered both of his parents only leaving his sister alive and cowering in a corner. It is at this grotesque incident that our story begins.
    ...
At volume 20, the series changed publishers, which created a restart of the chapter numbers.

    nice find - redotting eric
    what he said :

The Poynter Online folks have been doing some really fascinating work in tracking eye movements of news readers online vs. tabloids and broadsheets. If you follow the link, you shoudl check out the video and the PDFs, both are useful.

Some of the key findings are:

    - People actually read more complete articles online, meaning they read them all the way through.

    - There are two types of readers: methodical and scanner.

    - Alternative story forms seem to work better than consistent formatting. Adding visual display of information, FAQs, sidebars, helps retention.

    - Online, people look at nav bars and teasers much more than in print. Print, big photos and headlines are the way to go.

    - Action photos draw attention. Small mugshots do not.
