so trying to read up on hinduism and found something i didn't know which i thought was interesting.
and i quote : The Hindu religion speaks of many individual deities, called Devas. Goddesses are called devīs.
so basically the male deities are 'Devas' and yet that term is used for female 'stars' in the US. or am i incorrect in this.
additional note : after researching more i see that 'Diva' is derived from the latin term - Divus meaning divine one.

wow - heard of artists doing performance art (painting during the course of an event) ususally in a club during a dj set or something. wasn't aware they had similar things at churches.
i'm curious to know if the artist dude will paint something with the theme of the sermon given.
