This May Help Your Firefox Memory Leak - CyberNet News: Hardware, Downloads, Gadgets...Technology Done Right!

Hmmm...I have been noticing pretty serious resource consumption from Firefox. Hopefully this hack will alleviate that issue a bit...except for on my PowerBook. Damn.

Hmmm, this has got me thinking about installing a bluetooth headseat into my bicycling helmet. Nah...might as well pull over and catch my breath anyway.

I want video feed of the live competition. The bloopers will be priceless and probably no less amazing than a typical day on I-35.

Terabyte hard drive, network attached storage, RAID 5 Storage, NAS - Products

This appears to have the best-of-class feature set of any small office raid server I've seen so far: RAID 5/1/1+0, firewall, VPN routing with any of the existing protocols, Active Directory Service, SMB/CIFS, NFS, backup for LAN workstations, and built-in UPS control. At $1000 for 1 TB, it's not quite price-competitive with the older Buffalo TeraStation ($650 for 1 TB these days), but the extra features essentially give you all of the desired small office infrastructure features in one box, which is probably worth the price. The real question is, does it live up to its claims?

Quoted: Anthology as a terabyte storage appliance and secure network attached storage (NAS) manufacturer.

P.S. Thanks for the tagging tip, Brad. I've been experimenting with too many bookmarking interfaces, and I apparently didn't keep them straight.

The film on the front page right now about Theo Argiriadis is pretty cool. The rest of the site is worth it as well.

Social Bookmarks - Social Bookmarking Services Reviewed

Oh, yes, bookmarking a site about social bookmarking which claims to provide a complete list of such services. Now if I only had OneWire set up already, I'd feel both del.icio.us'ly recursive and mighty wide all at the same time.
