Quoted: Heart Monitor on the iPhone 3G uses the inbuilt microphone to detect, calculate and store you heart rate. You can measure the pulse on your neck or wrist and even directly over your heart. A second mode allows you to simply measure your pulse manually when training by telling you when to start and stop counting. You can then enter your pulse count and this too will be stored. Currently waiting for approval at the App Store. Will post link when approved (fingers crossed).

First of all. Demonoid is back up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Second of all, check out Papers. Basically like an itunes for pdfs (but better because you can search IN the documents) AND if you log in via your libraries proxy you can browse journals and download their pdfs WAY easier. There are a couple versions up on Demonoid if you want to check it out. I am still testing it out.
