Jayhawks ALL the way to San Antonio in 2008...would be a great way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our last championship (1988)! Rock Chalk Jayhawk...go Crimson and Blue!!!
Quoted: The Big 12 tournament final was a shooting gallery in the first half, but then Kansas turned up the defense on its way to landing a No. 1 seed, writes Tim Griffin.

So I've noticed a pattern (if you can call it that) over the past couple of games. We seem to do pretty well, as in lead or tie at the end of the first half, but then as soon as 3rd quarter rolls around, we lose it...completely lose it. Against Ohio St and UCLA, we gave up 2 touchdowns back to back...our defense really needs to buckle down, and we need to stop relying on Jake Locker. While he's an excellent QB thus far, the fact that he's still rather young, and inexperienced against more efficient, experienced NCAA QB, is starting to show. We need to step up our running game, and really execute those turnovers and possessions in the red zone. Perhaps, then we stand a chance to have over 0.500 season for the Huskies.
Quoted: SEATTLE (AP) - Jake Locker made it look almost too easy in leading Washington to a 2-0 start, suddenly energizing hopes of the Huskies returning ...
