We have a Slingbox that works Ok inside the house. Our DSL upload speed is a little slow, so watching TV from anywhere in the world isn't a reality for us yet (but we can clean off the Tivo when on vacation)
Apparently, this will also work with the new Ultra-Mobile PC just announced (at least until the battery dies)
