  From my last dot on this: Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy) wrote and directed this during the writer's strike last year. It's a musical blog about an incompetent Dr. Horrible and his blockheaded superhero tool of a nemesis, Captain Hammer, and their paths to self-destruction in the pursuit of love.
