More seriously, the fact that 'third-sex' has become a part of anyone's normal vocabulary is pretty effing sweet--even though it seems to have been accompanied by some pretty unseemly medical practices. And really, I'm not sure about this lopping off of penises. Not because everyone has to have either an innie or an outtie, but because it's pretty obvious that ladyboyhood is becoming a fad and it looks as though guys are just jumping off of the proverbial bridge like lemmings. yeah this popped up on the badiou list. it is fairly interesting, although i never made it all the way through to see if there's a punchline. the beginning half is a fairly decent overview of the history of communism and the broadest of outlines of french politics. if you get to the last line, tell me if i missed anything?
