These were ok -- the texture was a bit weird. Some were crunchy, some weren't -- and they were all softened the next day. This other site http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2008/08/healthy-crunchy-three-guilt-free-snacks.html suggests roasting at 400 degrees -- will see if that produces crunchier chickpeas next time.
