The title song is used in the advertisements for "Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games" for Wii. Thanks to that commercial, and the awesomenicity of the song, Elisabeth has begun to randomly burst into the chorus. I think she may even do it during class.

From the sections quoted in this article, the RIAA's response to Jobs' discourse on DRM offers no solid reasons, it merely tries to take his arguments and throw them back at him. It doesn't work.

I...don't know what to say. This is a beautiful argument for providing DRM-free music. I have heard arguments in the past citing statistics which show that illegal music downloading isn't hurting the music industry, sure, but this is a corporate giant, a computer technology icon, discussing the possibility of dropping the obviously failed idea of music DRM.
