Since Yahoo Alerts doesn't like me, I might use this...no email support, but getting an IM when someone adds a task to the list is pretty good.

UPDATE: doesn't support Atom feeds? Dumb.Aha! Most of this stuff is pointless, but it allows me to enter in an RSS feed (like...the feed from a Remember the Milk list!) and it will immediately alert me (phone, email, etc.) when a new item shows up in that feed!
